Operation concept:
1. The choice of control program which corresponds to units under test.
2. Automated realization of the control programe with directions outputting to the operator where it is necessary to undertake follow-up actions.
3. The receipt of faulty component or a group of components’ output.
Functionality:
- power voltages’ delivery on required contacts of the units under test from built-in programmatically commuted and controllable power unit with protection circuit;
- logical signals’ forming by multi-channel stimulator with programmable parameters (amplitude, frequency, duration, rate of pulse rise);
- recording, control and analysis of the response signals (succession, levels) of the unit under test in real timescale by means of multi-channel programmable logical analyzer;
- review and comparison of the unit under test reactions on input actions with standard ones;
- the use of automated means of the in-circuit analysis (oscillogram, signatures, signalogrames, characteristicogrames , spectrograms);
- statistic data receipt throughout all repair stages be means of developed database.
